What the app adds

An email started from HealWithMe includes only the app version and build, iOS version, device model, and locale. It does not attach your profile, relationship data, moods, notes, quiz answers, or chats.

The email button doesn’t work

Copy the address shown above and paste it into any email service. This page also works without JavaScript.

The app isn’t responding as expected

Close and reopen HealWithMe, confirm you have an internet connection for online features, and include the exact steps that led to the problem.

I have a purchase or subscription question

Use Restore purchases in the app first. If you still need help, describe what the app shows, but don’t send receipts, payment-card details, or your Apple Account password.
